Oh for it to be Wednesday so we could wish each other happy camel day!! ;-)  On the upside, this time next week I'll be off to the airport and on my way to Tunisia for a couple of weeks!! :-D  Oh how we wish our lives away, he he.

Hi all,

Bites:

B: creamcheese pancakes

S: nuts

L: 1/2 of an egg salad sandwich

S: celery with pb and cucumbers and carrots and a piece of garlic sausage

S: Quest protein bar

D: pork fried rice with lots of veggies and a chicken breast, and a pudding for dessert

 

Vites: still waiting for bedtime

Exercites: hurt my hip on Sunday raking so taking it easy for a few days.

Feelings; ok, bored waiting to start back to work on Nov 1/13. I am going back to the job I quit in May of this year. so back to shift work for me. I am glad to be going back.

I always say I’m going to do this every day and I never fallow through. SO I think I have been consuming more carbs than I think I am. So I decided that I will commit to tracking this week and see what I’m really putting in my mouth.

How do you guys feel about the Mahler’s bread? I am increasing my fat intake so I need a vehicle for butter…. I figured the numbers were not bad. Whatcha think? I lost a pound over night just making myself accountable.

I'm not familiar with Mahler's bread but it looks like it has a lot of fiber to take away from the carbs. Looks good to me. Excellent carb grams for the day. Keep up the good work!

Thank you.... Its so hard balancing everything.

 

The bread is called diabetic bread. It tastes great and gives me no trouble. Until I get everything for fat bombs im gonna have to eat toast with LOTS of butter. I felt great about my food yesterday and today.

Let see if I can get to 200 lbs by Christmas... Thats a little unreasonable since I have 40 lbs to lose to hit that, but shoot nothing wrong with setting high goals...

Banded on 7/1/09,cool removed on 11/11... Switched on 2/5/13. Ticker includes 23lbs lost on preop diet...
