VSG on 12/31/13

How long are y'all staying in the hospital? My surgeon says 2-3 days, but I'm reading here some people have stayed 6 days or so. Just wondering...

HW: 229 ; SW: 208 (-21); GW: 125

2-3 sounds right. It would have been 2 for me but I had IV issues and stayed 3.

I was 4 but was a revision also. I didn't have any complications tho. Good luck to you

DS on 10/14/13

Doctor said 4, but I was there for 6. I didn't have any complications, I had to wait until I had a bowel movement! And to be honest I felt much better going home when I did anyway. I got to work with occupational & physical therapy a little longer.

My DS was open and I was in the hospital for 4 days.

I was in the hospital for three nights, which is standard for Dr. K. (I had a virgin lap DS).
