evening batch: starting in a bit

PT exercises on the shoulder and walking

I'm late posting today as I had a neighbor pop round, so am getting hungry and cranky, and I better dash before I EAT something I shouldn't!! :-p

L - 2 hard-boiled eggs with mayo (12g)
S - Steak-Umm with american cheese (9g)

D - 3 oz. Hamburger patty with bacon and american cheese (34g)

Iron: done (I started taking my iron first thing in the morning because I was forgetting to take it at night sometimes)

Picture perfect!  

When I started iron I had to start really slow and add a little every wee****il I got to the full dose.
