NSV - my feet
When I weighed 240, the bottoms of my feet were a huge callus. I was very active even when I was large. I had the feet of an elephant. I had to shave my heels all the time to cut the dead skin off. I used the Ped-Egg all the time.
Once I lost the weight, my feet stopped creating the calluses on my heel and toes. I don’t have to cut the heels any more. My feet don’t have that square look around the edges any more. And the skin looks great from all the vitamins I take.
I can finally wear sandals and not be embarrassed by my heels.

I am scheduled for my DS in February. I am 5'7" and weigh 340 lbs. I have the same problem with the calluses on my feet. I hate it! That is another thing I'm looking forward after surgery!

At my heaviest, my heels did crack. And I was always shaving/abrasion the heels, the outer edges of my feet, the bottom of my toes, etc.
It never occurred to me until I noticed that I have not had to use the ped-egg for 6 months and the callus on my heels seems to be shrinking on it's own. The callus isn't building up any more.
