I my DS
It's called frozen shoulder according to the therapist. Left side flared up last year, now it's the right one. They really don't know what causes it but they see it a lot in the over 40 crowd.

Doesn't sound like any fun at all! :-( I'm prone to subluxation (ie partial disclocation) in my right shoulder, but I've been good for 5 years now. I was lucky, no physio needed - I'm sure a full dislocation would be an entirely different story.
I hope you heal soon as shoulder problems are very annoying.

Today was a school day, so I haven't been really good with my protein. :(
BITES:
B - 1 slice of american cheese (4g) No time! :(
S - 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds - (10g)
L - 2 hard boiled eggs with mayo (12g)
D - 1/2 of a chicken breast from El Pollo Loco (18g)
S - 3 oz. hamburger patty with american cheese (27g)
Protein: 71g
That's it! So far today, I've only had 44 measly grams of protein. I was rushing around this morning so I didn't get my protein shake. And I'm not going to get home until about 10p today so that's when I'll eat my hamburger patty. Eeek! I usually plan better, but I forgot that I was going somewhere straight after class so I won't be able to eat anything until I get home.
