Hi there how about sf jello puddings or sf jello for that matter. I've done both. But I really love the pistachio pudding with some crushed pineapple. Kinda reminds me of the old Watergate salad.

I bought some pudding recently - I'll have to get round to trying it. I'm a bit scared of pudding as I'm prone to GI issues (I had these pre-DS) and it's not something we often have in the UK. I might be fine, I'll just have to be brave and try it. ;-)
