Doh - I need some protein ice cream... shame I can't get it mail order!! ;-)
Anyways, the cookie monster got me today - I just felt really hungry like the bad old days and protein wasn't going to do it (well maybe a protein icecream). I should've got the 6 piece mozarella bites with my lunch instead of the 4 piece one as they go down nice and easy. I'll do that next time I'm getting a burger.

Hello All, it has been a few days I have been writing down what I have been eating just not posting, a lot going on in life right now.
So for today:
Bites:
3 breakfast sausages and 2 eggs and 1 slice toast
Pork rinds
Nuts
Spagetti and meatsauce for supper, it has been a long time since I had this because it is not a safe food for me, I binge on it - but I need some comfort and I am only going to make a little helping, NO extra
Vites: I have a few more doses today
Exercites: I am not sure
Feelings: I am not sure - mostly sad, but it to shall pass. I am very tired and I plan on getting some rest, I hope my brain shuts down for awhile.

I dressed warmer for work today...got too warm. Chuckling
Day went ok but got mad at the end of clinic,
Got out some winter clothes,,,amazing I can still wear clothes from 2 years ago!
