Hi guys I am 7 weeks out and the scale will just not move .... I am eating only protein ... So frustrated ... I know it's probably just a stall but this second month has been so frustrating!! Down 34lbs but 24 of them from the first 2 weeks.... I have pcos so I guess this surgery doesn't help pcos as much as I had hoped

step away from the scale!

this is a long term process to lose the weight.  The pace will increase and decrease and sometimes it will just not move.  Continue to follow your plan and the weight will come off.  Many of us experienced several weeks with no loss, then a sudden huge drop.  It will happen

try to look for some other successes to keep your spirits up.   Have you checked your measurements?  How do your clothes fit?  My experience was that I got smaller, even while the scale stayed unchanged.

It will happen, I know it seems like it won't, especially with a PCOS history, but believe me, it will. Be patient with your body, it thinks you're starving at the moment, especially without its drug of choice, carbs. Your mind and your body will catch up!

Make sure you are eating plenty of fat.  And, I can vouch for it, the Krispy Kreme solution does work.  I used that trick just this past weekend to jump start a stall.  Sometimes, you have ot add some carbs in your diet for a little while to spur on the weight loss.  It may seem counterintuitive, but it works.  And like everyone else is saying, don't panic, you will definitely lose the weight!

Ditto this train of thought.  Don't go so low carb for so long that your body starts to hang onto the fat.  When I started adding carbs once in a while, and ate more carbs per day, it's a lot easier to drop the weight.

If you low carb really hard, then every 2 weeks have a free weekend of carbs.  Eat a ton of them.  Then on Monday go back to low low carb.  It keeps your body unsettled and guessing.  If you don't shake it up, then your body will settle into a routine and the stalls seem to go on for weeks and weeks.
