Happy Tuesday.  Not the most protein today, but I'm still recovering from having too much SF custard - mentally rather than physically I'm happy to report!! ;-)

Think I may have over done the dairy today. Stunk myself out of my own car on the drive home. Oweee!  Sunroof open and 65 mph!
