Busy day today, with flu jab, lunching at my parents' house and getting the car washed, but at least I got in a walk today... I'm not so good on the weekend as I like to hibernate - especially this time of year!! ;-)

Hello everyone,
Bites: I tried checking in yesterday but my computer would not work right.
So for today:
Brunch, bacon, 2 eggs, hash browns
S: chips and dip and diet pop - which is all gone now and I will not be buying anymore in the near future
S: small amount of popcorn
D: salad, ham and mashed potato and cream corn and small piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream - we had a early Thanksgiving meal because I will be working evenings and our Thanksgiving is on Monday, here in Canada.
Vites: going to finish them in the next 5 minutes
Excertise: 1/2 cardio
Feelings: stupid, I ate so much crap today and I was full at breakfast and I just kept eating, it was crazy, I was doing really well, the scale was going down and I think I panic about it. Or it was just a bad eating day.
