D - gluten free spaghetti w/hot Italian sausage and marinara sauce and a tossed salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream...maybe

heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting

none--could have drowned out there today

Yippee - my PCP phoned me to say that she's going to refer me to a hematologist and give me vit D shots.  I really appreciate everyone on here saying how you have to self-advocate as my writing a letter did the trick... going and making an appointment to request the very same things simply resulted in a brush off, but letters are harder to ignore!! ;-)

Good for you!! I've heard that you still have to supplement once you get the injection but that would depend on the labs. Good luck!

Hi Gina,
Glad it's then end of the week!
Really hungry today....and bad planning.
Frustrated because in the last 3 weeks the scale: went down 3 then down 4 then up 7 then down 4 for a final loss of 3. Ugh

B: bacon, protein shake

L: clam chowder. (Ate early)
S: adkin's bar, cheese, peanut butter
D: fish, few bites of salad and homemade cranberry sauce
