Yippee - my PCP phoned me to say that she's going to refer me to a hematologist and give me vit D shots. I really appreciate everyone on here saying how you have to self-advocate as my writing a letter did the trick... going and making an appointment to request the very same things simply resulted in a brush off, but letters are harder to ignore!! ;-)

Glad it's then end of the week!
Really hungry today....and bad planning.
Frustrated because in the last 3 weeks the scale: went down 3 then down 4 then up 7 then down 4 for a final loss of 3. Ugh
