HAPPY THURSDAY!!!!
BITES:(Higher Fat / Moderate Cals/ Low Carb) My coach wants me to take in about 1200 calories on these days and I'm averaging out at about 1100 but I'm getting better and better each week. I used to take in about 850 calories so I'm slowly getting in the right amounts of food.
M1- Quest Bar (was running late this morning so no egg whites for meee)
M2- 4oz. Lean Ground Turkey / 1/2 tbsp. Coconut Oil / 1 cup green beans
M3- (THE REST OF M2) PENDING
M4- 3 oz. Grilled Chicken / 1 cup spinach / 1 tbsp. olive oil/ 1tbsp. lemon juice PENDING
M5- 4 oz. Grilled Chicken / 1 cup broccoli PENDING (The boyf and I are going to a movie tonight and Whole Foods is right next to my gym. I will go in and buy the chicken breasts and they cube it for me to take into the movie... Whole Foods is the BEST!)
VITES-

LEG DAY TODAY!!!! WHEEEE! Today's leg day is a glute focus

Will finish with 15 minutes on the stairmill just incase the above isn't enough torture haha

Good evening, I did drag out my winter parka, it is cold in the mornings.
Bites:
Protein shake
Sandwich
Protein bar
chips and diet pop
Sausage and potato with cream corn
Vites: still have bedtime in a couple hours if I make it that long, I may go to bed sooner than later.
Exercites: none I plan to restart soon, as soon as I get into a regular shift, right now just not happening.
Feelings: good
