evening batch: starting

Good day, I'm early today so here is the plan

Bites:

B: Nature Valley protein bar

L; tbd

D: honey garlic sausage and salad

at some point a diet Pepsi and a few chips ( I bought them for my son and he doesn't like time so I am eating them a little everyday til they are stale) I just can't believe I don't want the whole bag in one sitting. Feels good

Vites: lots to go, I have only done breakfast

Exercides: no promises, but feeling hopeful this morning

Feeling: ok, kind of like things will be alright. so again hopeful

Yippee!!  Can you believe that they don't get what hump day is my side of the pond!!  It makes sense, I like it and I'm bringing it to England!! ;-D
