Cinnamon plus a spoonful of Splenda made the protein coffee taste better - just as well as I was in back to back meetings today (not the all day ones where you have a carb fest going on).  I was just grabbing what I could when I could.

That's how I like my protein coffee too.  I need just a little more sweet than plan vanilla protein powder.  Our favorite coffee is chocolate raspberry. When you make that a protein coffee it's really good.

Hi everyone,

Bites:

B: protein shake

L: canned ham sandwich

S: piece of dessert 1/2 a piece of carrot cake and 1/2 a piece of chocolate heaven) and Chia tea

D: 1 pork cutlet and mac n cheese and 6-7 mini tomatoes

S; tbd

Vites: still waiting for bedtime

Exercites: no tonight -again :(

Feelings: just seems to be getting worse, I have a job interview tomorrow and some appt, I have the day off work, so it is going to be a busy day. Hubby found out today that his income is going to be between 200-500 less a month starting in Dec/Jan. so I am stressing out. Since I quit my job in April we have been living off the little bit I have brought in and the credit card (which now is not good) so it seems things are not looking up.

Sorry for venting, I am so frustrated

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Your Bites look good. I'm sorry about the income and job situation. My hubby's salary got cut too. We are waiting to see what the new paycheck looks like in the account. We've started trimming but don't know if it's enough. Rotten times.  : (

Susan, I know it's hard. My hubby was laid off 3 yrs ago. You just cut back, pray, and hang on. Things have a way of working out. I don't know how, but each week we have food on the table and the mortgage & bills get paid.  Stay strong there girl.
