White lines across my big toenail

What could I be deficient in?

I googled it and found:

White spots or streaks are normal and nothing to worry about, but parallel white lines that extend all the way across the nails, known as Muehrcke's lines, are a sign of low levels of protein in the blood. This can be due to liver disease or malnutrition

I have always heard/read that white lines across your nails are a sign of a calcium deficiency.

They can also be caused by injury.  I have a line across my toenail from being run over by a forklift several years ago.
