evening batch: starting

I made protein coffee today... I put a small amount of boiling water into a cup and mixed a large spoonful of instant coffee into it.  I think poured this super concentrate into my already mixed protein (ready mixed as in I'd shaken it a few seconds earlier and not a ready to drink version).  It was marginally more bearable than plain vanilla!! ;-)

You haven't been making protein coffee or chai tea?  I'm glad you tried it. Add a dash of cinnamon.

Hi ladies,

BITES:
B - Cheese stick and might of hubby's pretzel roll with cream cheese (8g)
S - Greek yogurt with protein (37g)
S - cheese stick (7g)
L - left over roast (16g)
D - leftover pot roast turned into something new maybe tacos!
 

VITES:
morning batch: done
2 batches pending
iron: pending
 

EXERCITES:
bike ride with kiddo

Banded on 7/1/09,cool removed on 11/11... Switched on 2/5/13. Ticker includes 23lbs lost on preop diet...

Good evening,

Bites:

B: protein shake

S: canned turkey sandwich

L: 1/2 an omelet and a glass of orange juice and a slice of rye toast

S: some mixed nuts and a chocolate bar

D: yogurt

S: protein shake

Vites: still have bedtime to go

Excercites: not feeling up to it to night, it has been a long day

Feelings: ok, is as good as it gets today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Didn't get as much rain as they called for. I am ready for some slightly cooler temps. Need to shut off the a/c. For the year.
