Bites:
B: 2 coffee with creamer and 1/2 a 3 egg omelet and a few hashbrowns and slice of toast
S: small bowl of chips and diet Pepsi
S: 2 slices of garlic sausage
D: pork chop and baked potato, not sure on veggy yet
S: protein shake
Vites: still lots to take
Exercites: haven't decided yet if I will today
Feelings: not sure really, struggling I guess, I wish I was in a good head space, but not so much for today. Maybe tomorrow.

Got on the scale this morning and was shocked....down 7 in 2 wks. Worth all my suffering. Yesterday my clothes felt looser for the first time. Brightened my mood!
B: bacon, protein shake
S: string cheese, protein coffee
S: few bites here and there of samples in Whole Foods
L: (late) cheese, olives, 4 crackers with cream cheese and pepper jelly.
D: steak, salad
V: one batch to go
E: errands, nap, watching football
F: ok
