Could you eat and train like a champion?

I'm Currently training for Women's Physique (one step below women's bodybuilding) and the eating is the HARDEST part.  Just getting in 1,000 calories is so difficult.  The amount of muscle I need to put on needs at LEAST 1500 calories a day.  I train 1-1.5 hours a day and eat about every hour.

I refuse to quit and I WILL get on stage next summer as a fitness / figure competitor.

Will it be difficult?  YES

But I'm LOVING the journey!

1,000 calories for a DSer?!  I really don't think I'd every cope on that little - I'm not surprised you say it's hard.

I category down sounds nice.  You'll have to post some pics.

Me personally, I have never wanted to look like that or have food and working out rule my whole life.  Turkey and protein shakes forever.  There is so much more to life and this reminds me of my many horrid diets.  I love it that I can look normal and still have good food to eat.

My motivation to start running was my own laziness.  It took too long to walk 5 miles and I wanted to get it over with faster...  Of course, Ms. Cross has another great motivation, money.  She gets paid to look like that.

No, I couldn't eat and train like a champion!

He he - I think I have to agree with, you really have to be single minded to get a physique remotely like that!! ;-)

And there aren't any steriods for the arms and back area?  Wow, she does look like a man.

I don't think I could eat like that.  The same lean food over and over...

She has what I have come to refer to as "man jaw".  So she is on a ****tail probably of Testosterone boosters, estrogen blockers, human growth hormone and roidies.

not cute. at all.

the other categories like fitness, figure and women's physique are more natural and gorgeous looking (a lot of the competitors are natural and I also plan to compete totally natural).  This lady still works HARD but she loses those sexy feminine features that make us ladies so stinkin hard to resist to the mens hehe

Shame - I guess while there's prize money for this type of thing people will keep doing such things.

Not me! Not enough variety in food!  Plus, I don't like extreme muscles!
