BITES:
M1- 3 egg whites (I found an AMAZING spice called Smoked Garlic at the store... OMG! foodgasm!) I've been putting it in my egg whites every morning.
M2- Quest Bar (Apple Pie)
M3- 6 oz. of grilled chicken breast / 1 cup of Spinach / 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar (this took me all afternoon to eat
M4- pre workout (Quest Bar)
M5- 3 oz. of grilled chicken breast
VITES:
ALL! I started taking the Super Pak by Beverly International which is AWESOME! I add a Zinc to it as well as extra Fish Oil
EXERCITES:
My strength has been going through the ROOF!
Today was shoulder day
(1) Hour heavy lifting- Shoulder / Delt / Tricep focus
(30) Minutes on the Stair mill
