S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries & slivered almonds and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
S - JayRobb bar
L - white chicken chili
S - popcorn
D - chicken tenders and tossed salad

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

I'm off out to dinner with DH and my parents, but I'm pretty sure I'll end up with ribs!! :-D

Hello all,

Bites:

B: protein shake - same as usual

S: cracker sticks with cheese, and a protein bar

L: 2 bites of Chili, just couldn't do it

S: small bag of chips and diet Pepsi

D: small bowl of soup and grilled cheese sandwich - 1 cookie

Vites: still waiting for bedtime

Exercites: 1/2 hour not sure if it is going to be cardio or weight training

Feelings: still overwhelmed from work but getting better

glad it is the weekend, Happy Weekend Everyone

Left my container of vites at home today. Kinda felt like I went to work naked. LOL

double protein coffee

fried ham cubes

double protein coffee

chicken rice soup - most drank the broth & ate the chix

1 slice of bologna & American cheese

handful of almonds

double protein coffee

Crock pot roast

few buttered potatoes

1 caramel

Vites: got 1 batch in.  If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll take another batch

fluids: 100+ oz.
