Hello all,
Bites:
B: protein shake - same as usual
S: cracker sticks with cheese, and a protein bar
L: 2 bites of Chili, just couldn't do it
S: small bag of chips and diet Pepsi
D: small bowl of soup and grilled cheese sandwich - 1 cookie
Vites: still waiting for bedtime
Exercites: 1/2 hour not sure if it is going to be cardio or weight training
Feelings: still overwhelmed from work but getting better
glad it is the weekend, Happy Weekend Everyone

Left my container of vites at home today. Kinda felt like I went to work naked. LOL

Vites: got 1 batch in. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll take another batch
