Committing a little carbicide today as I feel 'stopped up' if you KWIM... I know, I should push the fat harder.

Would Strontium help bring down my PTH?  I'm wondering about going back on it when I finish my stint of extra zinc batches.

It should help bring it down but sometimes PTH lags behind so don't be surprised if everything looks perfect but PTH is still a little high.

Don't look now but I think you're being chased by a bag or Oreos.  ; )

Good evening,

Bites;

B: protein shake with 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt and 2 frozen strawberries

2 coffee with creamer

B2: 3 scrambled eggs, 4-5 pieces of bacon

Cheesecake with chia tea ( restaurant) with a friend

pork rinds and diet Pepsi and some mixed nuts 2/3 cup

D:2 pieces of chicken, scoop on fried potatoes, and turnips with 3 mini tomatoes and a few cucumber slices

1/2 ice cream cone (from the store)

Pretzels and more diet pop

Vites: all in

Exercites: none had family emergency which turned out to be a faults alarm (Kids)

Feelings: frustrated with my eating, I think cheesecake is ok because it is made of creamcheese. But then I just kept eating. I like the idea of pumpkin spice protein drink, I haven't had one in awhile, but I am also into coconut yogurt mixed in the protein shake and a bit of pineapple, very nice drink, changes things up.

Anyway that is all for today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Not too bad. I think it's good to mix things up a bit as long as you can find your way back to the straight and narrow.
