2nd B - ate about 1/2 of an egg, bacon, grits and all of a protein coffee (30g)
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
L - white chicken chili
D - chili w/cheese and Scoops
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
none

My skin's still not really recovered despite doing 2 batches of 125mg of zinc (so a daily total of 250mg) away from all other vites... I think I'm gonna try an extra batch of zinc when I get up at night, so that'll mean just 6 batches of calcium.  I'm hoping I'll only need to do this for a week or 2 and then I can go back to prioritizing calcium.

V All in (inc 7 batches of calcium) night time iron, vit C & copper pending

I will. It's worst on my back and shoulders and thankfully it's not much of an issue this time of year. Glycolic acid seems to be helping my face - I've not been brave enough to try it on such a large area like my back yet, as the 3 minutes are a really really itchy 3 minutes!!

Good evening,

Bites:

B: protein shake mixed with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water and 2 strawberries

B2: 2 sausages and creamcheese pancakes with sugarless syrup

L: taco salad, no shell, bit of chocolate milk

S: pork rinds and diet Pepsi

D: roast beef, scoop of potatoes, 1 cob corn, and gravy

S: mini chocolate bar

S: yogurt and a couple pieces of celery with pb

Vites: all in except bedtime

Exercites:  1/2 hour cardio tonight

Feelings: tired it has been a long day and I wish I could go to bed

What a nice weekend. Lunch with GFs. Visit with Dad. Dinner with out of town guests. Such fun!

Didn't eat breakfast until 12

Scrambled eggs

Bacon and more bacon

1/2 hash brown patty

Double protein coffee

Handful fried ham cubes

Sunflower seeds

Mexican w/ friends

Taquitos

Blacks beans

Chip n salsa

Margarita 

Double protein iced coffee

1/2 ice cream bar

Vites: bedtime batch pending

Fluids: 80+ oz.

Wonderful weekend, just too short
Kind if blew my low carbing on dinner
Tomorrow night going directly from work to a wine and painting thing...will prob not find much low carb stuff there either
