Support group tonight so I may be scarce this evening. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) 
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries & slivered almonds and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - going out-- choc martini and a chicken Caesar salad

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
heme iron: pending
evening batch:

EXERCITES:
walking

I got some exercise today - yay!!  Now I just need to make it a habit!! ;-)  That dexa scan is looming!!

B Protein shake 30

F 72+  
V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) night time iron, vit C & copper pending  
E 20 minute walk & 25 minutes Shaun T, T25

I hope you do well on your dexa. Keep in mind that if you lose mass amounts or weight fast you'll likely see some bone density loss but you can get things right again, it just takes patience and persistence.

I've really not lost much weight to speak of since my dexa scan last January.  I'm going to try glycolic acid on my back this weekend so I can get on with taking strontium instead of a 3 batches of zinc.  Thanks for your advice, I'm already working the extra K2 and 100,000 iu of dry vit D.

Hope you have a good time. Chocolate martini.....yum!!
Did ok last night, 2 small street taco's and a margarita.
Picked up bacon at the store this afternoon. Yikes!!! 7.99 a pound. Unfortunately I'm a bacon snob

I have 2 things to attend at a bar this week...2 choc martinis in a week is my limit. 

Wow, that's expensive bacon. I bet it's worth it though.

Good evening

Bites:

B: protein shake with almond milk, yogur****er and strawberries

L; 1/2 a hamburger and a few fries (restaurant)

S: cheezies, and diet pop and yogurt

D: 2 pieces chicken, some cucumber and some brown beans and 1 deviled egg

S: pudding cup

Vites: still waiting on bedtimes

Exercited: 1/2 hour of weight training

Feelings: ok but anxious about tomorrow, first training day at the new job and I need to be up at 5am
