I'll try and watch the camel video tomorrow. It was only a 25 minute workout but then I had to wash my hair, etc, etc.
BTW how much K2 do you think is a sensible amount? I did 500mcg today. TIA ;-)

L: 1/2 a Denver sandwich and a few fries and a bit of chocolate milk
S: 5 timbits or donut holes
D: pizza, not sure how many pieces, all small anyway and a coffee
S: handful of mixed nuts

Excercites: 1/2 hour cardio
Feelings, when to go visit grandkids in different city so it has been a long day and I am doing a temp job tomorrow, so off to bed for me
