It's better to have the whole DS done at once because you get the most bang for your buck that way---a sudden reduction in the amount of food you can eat, and a big change in the way your body metabolizes your food.

I suspect they left your Sleeve way too big, if you only lost 20 pounds. (Either that, or you're eating way too many carbs.) And no, you won't feel less hungry if you just add the Switch to your present Sleeve. If they re-Sleeve you, then yes, you should feel less hunger. My hunger is considerably different now than it was pre-op.

It's generally less effective to have a 2 step DS as you've already had the restriction so you've already ridden that honeymoon.

Hopefully your surgeon will re-sleeve you if necessary (ask him to take a look when he's in there).

I found I needed the time off so I got used to the new poopy situation as early out you can end up having to run to the bathroom a lot and that wouldn't be so much fun when at work.

I was 519 when I started and my surgeon office didn't do the DS! I didn't find out until a FB friend suggested it as they seen my struggles... So have to do DS in a stage procedure but I will ask him to check my tummy to see if it needs a re-sleeved. Still technically in my honeymoon period and I have had tons of stalls
