Made it to the weekend! Whew!!
So HUNGRY!!

B: bacon, protein shake
S: almonds

L: salad with chicken, feta cheese, walnuts and a couple tiny pieces of strawberry and pineapple
S: cheese
D: hamburger (no bun), sautéed onions, spinach salad

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, grocery shopping, hair cut, plus a few extra flights of stairs

I think you're going to have to save me from the Halloween candy this year, Noreen. We have a new receptionist who delights in seeing peoples' faces light up at her candy bowl. I hunt for Snickers and Twix bite size...I hope she runs out soon.

Good evening,

Bites:

B: forgot to eat, 2 coffee with cream

S: protein bar and some mixed nuts

L: omelet with fruit cup and 1 slice of rye bread with pb

S: cheezies and diet pop

D: meatloaf and potato and beans

S: piece of cake

Vites: all in

Excercites: to tired, decided on bath and bed

Feelings, not really sure, I have mixed feelings about my new job, dispatching tow trucks isn't what I really wanted to do, high stress on me. So blah is how I feel, though job placement today was good, cool phone system, liked that.
