Good evening,

Bites:

B: a banana and 2 coffee

L: a rib - one long bone with meat on 1/2 of it - and a few fries

S: tea and piece of cake - belated birthday cake with a friend

D: 2 sausages, 1 baked pot. and green beans - pudding

S: pork grinds and diet pop

Vites: all in

Feelings: good had a nice day visiting with friends one at lunch and one for dessert

Excercite: 1/2 hour weight training

Going to see grandkids on Thursday so pretty excited, then I hope things get quiet, I want to rest before I start my new job

S - turkey jerky
L - Chinese vegies and 4 oz ground beef
S - salami and sliced cheese and some wakame salad
S - gummy bears - why oh why?
D - corn pasta; turkey meatballs; ricotta and spaghetti sauce
S - protein shake and BBQ pork rinds

Vites: yep
Cites: 30 mins elliptical

B- protein shake, greek yogurt

L-banana

L- cheesey scrambled egg with jalapeno on one piece of wheat toast

D-Chicken flauta with cheese dip

D- protein shake, three white chocolate peanutbutter mini cups. (cheated)

all water and vits in

Walked and did 30 setups. Chased a snake through my neighbors garage and killed it..whoo! Did housework.
