S - Fage Greek yogurt w/ blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - beef brisket slow cooked in the crock pot and green beans
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done  
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting  

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Camel - what?? 

Not a great day today - I was in another all day meeting and today's menu was carby - potato chips, rice cakes... not the worst but really not the best either (no flour thank God).  Anyways, I'm back and I'm gonna get serious about protein again as today really didn't excite me!!

B Protein shake 30
S Yogurt 10
L Chicken salad 25
S Cheese 20
D Fish 22
S Nuts 10
S Hummus & mange tout 3
   
Protein: 120
F 72+  
V All in (inc 7 batches of calcium) night time iron, vit C & copper pending

8 slices turkey bacon

Almonds

Double protein coffee

Leftover cream cheese chicken

Green beans

Double protein iced coffee

Long ride home, I ate crap: PC of candy, 6 whoppers, 2 cookies 2 more slices turkey bacon More almonds

Italian sausages

Tossed salad

Sm piece garlic toast

Double protein strawberry shake w/real strawberries - yuck- Designer whey is nasty  

Vites: bedtime batch pending

Fluids: 90 oz.

Soooo easy. And very DS friendly.  

Put 4 frozen chicken breasts in a crock pot.

Add 1 stick of butter

add 1 envelope of dry Italian dressing mix.

cook for 4 hrs or  depending on how  your crock pot works

take chicken out of pot.

Add a block of cream cheese to the yummy juices in the pot.  

Whis****il melted. Add a touch of water if too thick

pour over chicken
