Ugh... naughty DH hogged the PC all last night so I didn't get to post, but Sunday was pretty much the same Saturday ~160g protein.
Today I've had less for some reason - I may have some nuts or fish sticks later to get my number up, but I'm just not feelin' the love for protein today!! ;-)

Made it through the first day. Ugh. Stayed away from the brownies and cookies at work. Toyed with the idea of a weigh****chers type diet. Will probably do my fitness pal

good evening,
Bites:
B: protein shake
L: 2 breakfast sausages and 2 eggs and a few hashbrowns and 1/2 of a slice of toast
S: this is bad - cheezies, popcorn, ice cream, diet pop, and blueberries and yogurt
D: 3 pieces chicken and a scoop of mac n cheese.
Vites: just waiting for bedtime
Exercites: got cancelled, friend couldn't make it.
S: after supper, chips and dip, chocolate covered peanuts and a ice cream revel ( I am not going to bed)
Feelings, was hyper all morning and tired in the afternoon, and just got labs done a couple weeks ago and everything is good except vit D. Just not sleeping well, worried about getting a full time job. I have another interview on Tuesday at 1:30 so swing those lizards Gina. I haven't heard from the one last week.
Anyway I am frustrated with my eating I am still looking for food to eat this evening hence the 3rd piece of chicken.
I am going out to the mother in laws tonight, my friend is giving her a perm and I will go over and visit - the mother in law is 92 and hard of hearing so it may be a loud long evening. Anyway that is my rant for today.
