Bites:
B: protein shake
S: 1/2 a chicken salad sandwich and a coffee
L: 2 pieces pizza no crust
D: rice and ham (left over rice from Chinese food on Friday and canned ham)
oh and a banana
Vites: all in it is bedtime
Exercites: not really today either hopefully tomorrow.
Feeling: tired, tired tired, spent the day visiting my son and he lives out of town so travelled most of the day.
