Hi Kat81 - I stopped losing way before my 2 years post op. I thankfully maintained and now that I had spine surgery on 9/10 I dropped 21 lbs out of no where! lol... So I am happy that the weight loss started again.

I just read your post about getting plastic surgery...have you had it yet and how are you doing? I hope you are feeling ok and healing well, you had some significant work done! I am also looking at doing the same type of surgery, but have only just now made the decision to consider it. I'm looking at about a year out, I want to put in as much work as I can for toning my muscles before something like this. Please let me know how you are doing and if you are happy with your surgeon!
