It's been a nice and quiet day today - I used some glycolic acid on a couple of areas of my face and it seems to have done away with the blackheads on my nose already, who'da thunk that?? ;-)

Pretty quiet here too. No grandbabies this weekend, so hubby and I have been puttering around in the yard and doing other chores.

Hey I had grandbabies, Friday night and all day Saturday.

Bites: - not good

B: bowl of rice krispies

L: hamburger - Burger King

S: 1 small piece of cheese grill sandwich

D: 1/2 donut and ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: took the kids swimming then to a play center in which we ran after them trying to keep up. They are both under 4 so I have had a long busy day. And Sunday we are travelling to see my middle son in another city, for a day visit, in which I will be taking Pizza - so that will be my Bites tomorrow. I look forward to visiting but my eating is definitely  off this weekend.

This day makes up for missing my exercise program Thursday - because of birthday - Friday because grandkids came and Saturday - pool and play center, I think I am about even.

Sounds like you're having a great weekend...busy but great.  lol  Hey, you can always pick the toppings off the pizza and make it low carb / less filling.

Hi Gina,
I'm back. Trip home....lost my kindle then my iPad totally died. For a couple days had had horrible back spasms from the fall it took. Plus work. Lol

Nice weekend. Back to normal. I plan to cut back my carbs starting tomorrow, not sure I can do it so have been giving myself a pep talk.

Oh, finally got new iPad!
