Hey everyone! So, my first checkup is tomorrow and I am pretty sure that I will be cleared to moved onto the purred step. Does anyone have any good ideas on what to eat?? Looking for recipes and what not. 

I tried to find higher protein soups, it may look bad but it taste good.
