Vitamin D infusion ?

Has anyone out there had any of these?  Getting an iron transfusion on Monday and I know my Hematologist does these transfusions.  I will be asking about them.  Just wanted everyone's opinion.

Julie R, one of the vets a year ahead of me, got one when she was struggling to bring her D3 up. As I recall it didn't do much for her. That may have been unique to her though. She finally has been able to get better D absorption by adding vitamin K2.

Dr. K told me to double my D for six months then go back to daily.  It tanked on daily so I have been taking it 3 times a day.  I might ask my doc what he thinks.  If the insurance pays for it, I might give it a try.  I will look into K2.  What's another pill??

get VD3 injections...any dr can order them at a compounding pharmacy....easy...my Vit d3 pre injections was about 13, not it is over 100....
