Oh boy, I hear ya on the sleeping in.  I want to so badly but my DS wakes me up every time. Hope you have a nice restful weekend.

LOL my DS got me up at 05:20.  The only way to get more sleep seems to be by going to bed early.!! ;-)

Did  laundry. Took the cat to the vet's. played in my craft studio. A girl could get used to these nice relaxing days.

Double protein coffee

Fried egg samich w/cheese & 2 pcs Taylor's ham

Sunflower seeds

Greek yogurt

Double protein coffee

Pork rinds

Double protein iced coffee 

Macadamia nuts

Shrimp ( like bang bang shrimp - yummy) 

Few fries 

Few bites of a brownie sundae

Double protein iced coffee

Vites: bedtime batch pending

Fluids: 90 oz.
