It was raining today so I skipped the lunch time walk - I skipped the muffin too as I don't want to be up at 4am again!!

2 slices turkey bacon

Scrambled egg w/ham cubes

Sunflower seeds

Greek yogurt

Double protein coffee

Mini carrots

deli Ham rolled up

Double protein iced coffee

Popcorn w/ extra butter

Bacon sandwich w/ melted cheddar on 1/2 croissant

Huge tossed salad w/ geek dressing

3 rolos

Good evening, really it is 11:48 pm and I should be sleeping BUT I overate tonight at 6:30 and my stomach will not let me rest. It was my birthday today, I turned 50 years old and you would think I would now better lol. We went to a restaurant that is new in Saskatoon, SK Canada, that brings different cuts of meat to your table to try, so I had lamb, beef, pork and chicken, and some pineapple. They were all flavored differently and it upset my stomach. But I had a great birthday anyway.

Bites:

Protein shake  - chocolate and a coffee with creamer

2 coffees at work

mixed nuts

frozen meal - shepherds pie

2 slices of pizza the boss bought me for lunch - gave the rest away

cheezies and diet pepsi

2 pieces of birthday cake - it was really really good. and a spoon or two of ice cream

and that is it. Thank goodness.  I worry about my day tomorrow, I will be working and hoping my stomach doesn't go crazy

Vites: all pills in and took some more sleeping pills now

Exercite: day off - will be back at it on Friday

Feelings: good overall, we are going to have a busy weekend and so I am worrying about it already. It is complicated.

Anyway until tomorrow, I wish you all a wonderful Friday.
