heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
walking (4 laps)

Yay, tonight's dinner again is from the store I don't often buy from.  Never tried chicken gratin before but it looks yum on the packaging - it comes in a foil tray and I just stick it in the oven 'til the timer rings 35 minutes later - fool proof (even for me)!! :-D

What a horrible tragedy at the Naval Yard. Did you know anyone there Gina? My cousin works as a civilian. Thank God he was away on assignment. Prayers to all the families & loved ones.

My son worked there when he first got out of the Air Force. What a tragic thing to happen. I just can't imagine what caused that guy to flip out as he did. Thoughts and prayers for all the people involved.  : (

Good evening,

Bites:

B: 1/2 bagel and protein shake with strawberries - coffee with creamer

L: chicken sandwich

S: donut

D: sausage, mac n cheese, and broccoli

S: diet pepsi and cheezies

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour weight training

Feeling: good but tired, came home made supper, did dishes, mopped the floor and cleaned the bathroom. then worked out, then went to friends house for eyebrow waxing - for interview tomorrow for a full time permanent job. Ended the day in the tub. Now off to bed
