2nd B - going out to IHOP. Tomato juice, 1 1/2 eggs over easy, grandbaby ate my bacon, and I had a few bites of whole wheat pancake
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
D - bunless cheese burger
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
window washing

Hi Gina,
Getting ready to fly home. Have had Internet problems
Wonderful conference......but.....got sick on eggs, had a hurt back all weekend then fell and tore my knee up. crazy! Eating has been awful so need to carb detox

Yum, IHOP I've never eaten there but it sounds fun and the kinda place you need to be bad in!! ;-)

I went shopping with DH and bought some meals from a different store as I needed a change from our usual place, so roast pork it is tonight! ;-)

I shared a senior's plate with my youngest grandbaby. She ate all my bacon!  lol

Roast pork is awesome. Cooked low and slow, falling-off-the-bone tender...YUM!

Hi everyone,

Bites:

B: 3 eggs and bacon

L: protein shake with 1/2 cup of pineapple

S: mixed nuts  and 3 chocolates

D: cutlet, beets, tomato, and cauliflower

Dessert: pudding then later in the evening some ice cream and 1/2 a banana

Feeling good today

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour cardio with a friend

Looks good. I like the way you're bumping up the exercise.

I suggested to Son#2 that he get a new temp agency; one that will place him not one that sends him to an out of date web listing. He needs to add some of his admin experience to his resume though.  I think that's what he'll do this week.
