Hi guys,
Working from home today, it's going to be a challenge to stay on the straight and narrow...

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/slivered almonds and blueberries, and protein coffee (30g)

UGH, here we go...
S - white chicken chili
S - edamame

Had to leave the house and go to work. Running away from food in the kitchen...
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
D - chili and a few Scoops
S - NOoooooo

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day

I hope your bites worked out OK with you being at home.  

'twas a drizzly day today... we were meant to be having an Indian summer and I'm not impressed that this doesn't appear to be the case! :-(

It was bright and sunny but quite cool today. Fall is definitely coming soon. I hope you get some sunny days soon. Walking is so nice this time of year.

Had to turn heat  on in the car this morning. Chilly!

Double protein coffee

9 slices turkey bacon

Sunflower seeds

Cheese stick

Double protein coffee

Mini carrots

1/2 Lebanon bologna sandwich w/Swiss & mayo

Few chips w/ onion dip

Double protein iced coffee

Mini baby Ruth & mini Twix

Scrambled eggs w/ ham

Bacon

Double protein iced coffee

Vites: all in

Fluids: 80 oz.

Had to turn the heat on in the house this morning, it was 66 degrees. I'm so ready for this cool weather. : )

Good evening,

Bites:

B: protein shake with strawberries and a coffee with creamer

S: mixed nuts and the boss gave me a donut

L: sandwich and pudding

S: nothing

D: cutlet, pot and cream corn, and beets - had a bit of a second cutlet - I was hungry

Vites: still need bedtime

Excerites: 1/2 hour cardio with a friend

Feelings: tired, the interview went well (I think) maybe I was a little to friendly but we will see. I was super tired till I exercised, I didn't sleep well last night (anxious about the interview) I need a full time job. Also had a hot bath last night and triggered hot flashes all night, so will not do that again. lol
