How much calcium are we to take in daily?  I take in 3,000 mg daily and have heard I am under where I should be. I am 57 and my bone density is good but do suffer from Oxalate stones.   All suggestions welcome and thanks.

3000 mg of calcium citrate is just fine if you're also taking dry vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and dry magnesium citrate. The rule of thumb is normally 2400 mg but I understand 3000 if your bone density is still good and your into the menopause age group . My bone density isn't so good,  I take 3600 mg a day.
