Checking In... Update. 2 Months Post-Op
As of today, I am 55 pounds down. This journey has certainly not been a piece of cake but, I am grateful for progress. I am not sure if I'm am losing slow or fast but, I am happy to see a lower number. Having a long way to go, it's easy to tell myself that it's not enough BUT, this time, I am stopping to say, "Hooray for Me!".
I realize I still have so much to learn but, I am encouraging myself to keep pushing forward and not grow frustrated. Thank you to everyone who has been supportive thus far and, those who will in the future.
The journey continues...
Congratulations and 55lbs in 2 months is awesome... nearly a pound a day. Don't expect to keep that rate up though as it's not sustainable long term! ;-)
