OK, I gotta get my butt in gear so me thinks I'm gonna get Shaun T, T25 as I figure I can get up 25 minutes earlier. I didn't get on with Insanity as I have a bad wrist, but I generally liked the work out, so hopefully I'll fare better with this... we'll see.

Good Morning, glad the temp agency finds work for me, I like the company a lot, I hope your son finds something he enjoys soon.
Bites:
B; yogurt, protein shake
L; bun with meat and cheese and zucchini loaf (slice)
S: chips and diet pop and a small sundae
D: hamburger helper, mini tomatoes, lettuce, 2 small pickles, beets
S: orange and 1 slice of cheese
Vites: all in
Exercites: 1/2 hour of weight training
Feelings: tired, I trained for the new job next week, lots of paperwork. By next Friday I'll have it mastered and I am only there next week
