Ugh - I was feeling constipated all day as I only had one protein shake yesterday and I get my fat with those in the form of heavy cream. Anyways I popped round to my parents' house today and had a shake there but they didn't have any heavy cream so I knocked back 2 or 3 tablespoons (it was in the bottom of a glass) of olive oil.
YUCK is all I can say!! I saw Kourtney Kardashian do it recently on TV and I didn't expect it to be so bad (why would a normie do such a thing!!). Anyways it seemed to have the desired effect about 90 mins later - I'm shocked it worked so fast, but I really don't think it was co-incidental. It's gross though, so back to the heavy cream (only a little less gross as the novelty's worn off).

A nice, quiet work day for a change.
Have decided I'm going to suck it up and go strict low carb after my trip...and my anniversary next Monday....and a visit to the state fair next week. I KNOW I can do it...I hope

Good evening all,
Bites:
B: 1/2 bagel and cream cheese and yogurt with a peach fruit cup added in
S: granola bar
L: 1/2 a turkey sandwich and a bowl of mushroom soup with 4 crackers
D: cutlet, corn and potatoes
S: unsure if I will have anything
Vites: bedtime left to go yet
Exercites: 1/2 hour cardio
Feelings, ok today - I didn't get the job that I had interviewed for last week, but there are more out there.
