Stall broken this is crazy LOL
SO..on the KK diet theory for stalls....LMAO!
I spent all day yesterday from 11am - 10 pm, working on a medium, thin crust pepperoni pizza with jalapenos and ranch dressing from Dominoes. I almost finished the whole thing by 10pm. That and a cupcake with frosting. I woke up this morning and had my morning throne sit....and I am two pounds lighter. I guess I finally got myself to clean out and my weight to start moving. This damn surgery is crazy as hell. So, back to low carb till the next stall. LMAO!
And this is why I love this surgery, LOL. Congrats on breaking the stall!
I recently broke through the dreaded three-week stall (that started a week early bleh) and lost two pounds myself. (I suspsect this 'stall' may have just been related to my dreaded TOM, though.)
Edited to say: Now I'm jonesing for a pizza and a cupcake, haha. I guess I'll be able to indulge eventually. Once again, congrats!
Ok. So I tried this approach to my stall. I ate and ate - all proteins, fat bombs, good foods for me. Did this for 3 days. And I gained 4 lbs. WTH? Guess I need to cut it to 1000 calories and see if that drops another 10 lbs. But I will go get a KK just because I have not had one for so long that I don't even know where one can be bought any more... And I'm glad it worked for you.
To everyone else: I have low carbed for years before this surgery. Some things that I learned a long time ago is when you stall, and you feel you are eating right, cut out these things (one per week) and see if that breaks the stall. These things have a way of stopping weight loss for some folks.
