D - leftover meat loaf and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
walking (4 laps)

Naughty DH hogged the PC last night so I didn't get on!!

The weather is cooling and my low vit D and calcium helped me get my butt in gear to do some walking @ lunch today - I'm starting to work it a little, yippee!! kiss  I need a good dexa result at the start of next year!!!

V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) night time iron, vit C & copper pending

I wondered what happened to you last night. lol   It was good to get outside to walk today. It's supposed to heat up this week and then cool back down. Here's to great walking weather!  broken heart

Another beautiful day.  Even if I spent most of it in a dreadful meeting.

 

Double protein coffee

8 slices of turkey bacon

Ham & cheese roll ups

Few fritos

Sunflower seeds

1 caramel

Double protein iced coffee

Val's ricotta fluff

Crockpot roast beef 

Tossed salad w/ blue cheese dressing

Double protein iced coffee

Vites: all in

Fluids: 80+ oz.

Yes..swimming season coming to an end because the water is getting pretty chilly for me. Got home too late to go out today.

Good Evening,

Bites:

B: 1/2 a bagel with laughing cow cheese and a bowl of yogurt and 2 coffee- woke up with a headache

S: small bowl of mixed nuts

L: veggies, cutlet and fries

S: cheezies and diet pepsi

D: 1 1/2 smokies and some kraft dinner

Vites: still awaiting bedtime

Excercites: 1/2 hour weight training

Feelings: cranky at dh, I started a job finding club today and he did nothing at home all day, I have been working on my resume, job hunting and he couldn't even do dishes. (sorry just needed to vent)

anyway back to work for a couple hours for me, I will check in tomorrow - have a good day everyone

Did he have an excuse or just didn't feel like it?  I think I would fix my dinner and tell him I just didn't fell like fixing him anything.  : (
