Good evening,
Bites:
B: 1/2 bagel with laughing cow cheese and a bowl of yogurt and blueberries
L: last of the sweet and sour pork, spag. squash and rice
S: pork rinds and pop then after a nap I had an ice cream
D: fish and salad
Vites: bedtime pending
Exercites: 1/2 hour of walking
Feelings, I was trying to have a low carb day ( but the bagel is planned in the am just for a change for awhile) but I wanted the rice at lunch then I wanted the ice cream so not the greatest, but started and ended well. It is just the meals in the middle. lol Anyway have a great day

Swimming season almost over.
Off to St. Louis Next Thrsday for my annual women's conference. This year I'm not worrying or obsessed with what I'll eat.
