Good evening,
Bites:
2 coffee with creamer
B: 1/2 bagel with laughing cow cheese and 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup blueberries
S: protein bar
L: Chinese food, lots of leftovers ( ate the meat and a bit of rice and a bit of the noodles)
D: Dairy Queen cheeseburger and an ice cream treat
S: mixed nuts
Vites: still need supper and bedtime
Feelings, not a great food day and I am sick of being in the city all the time. I didn't hear from the job I applied for so I'm feeling a bit discouraged. And other then that things are ok.
