I've written a letter to my PCP requesting vit D shots and referral to a hematologist. I'm not holding my breath, but it's a start (of me advocating for myself)... we'll see how I do!! :-D

bites:
B: 2 coffee with creamer
2 sausages, 2 eggs and one slice toast
S: yogurt and blueberries
L: meat, cheese and small bowl of noodles
S: chips and dip and protein shake
D: chicken and salad with spaghetti squash and Ice cream
S; tea or decaf coffee
Vites: still have supper and bedtime
Exercites: walking or swimming this evening
Feelings: pretty good again today. It is a stay at home day, I get to do that once in awhile.
Got a copy of my bloodwork and all looks good except for the Vit D, which I have increased and will have tested in 3 months
