Been A Rough Week

Oh hun, my heart cries for you.  I was a mom to a Greenwing macaw that I gave up to be an ambassador to a rescue organization run by the breeder I got him from 10 years ago and he loved her dearly.  I understand the intelligence and the sorrow you're feeling.  My only solace is that Harleybird loves his "other mom".  She was his first mom and surrogate sitter when we went on vacation.  My husband and I opened a restaurant and just weren't home to give him the attention he needs, and the health dept won't let him stay at work with us.  With our crazy hours we had to do something before his social skills went away.  I miss him every day.

I bet. I am so sorry.

My heart goes out to you baby.    I'm sitting here without a job and I rely on my dog a lot.  Don't know what I would do right now if I lost her so I know your pain.

And stop eating carbs!  I can hear you and smell you from my front porch!  Get back on track, cause you do not need a nasty fissure on top of it all, do ya?

I'm lighting a candle for you tonight.  My prayers are with you.  Be watching around you... when you lose a beloved pet, the universe tends to fill the void.  Another one shows up needing a good home...
